Alejandra Lopez Sanchez Student Representative President, Associate Students, Inc. at ½ûÂþÌìÌÃ

Alejandra Lopez Sanchez serves as the 2026–27 President and CEO of Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) at ½ûÂþÌìÌÃ, where she represents and advocates for more than 27,000 students through student government and shared governance initiatives.  

Prior to being elected ASI President, she served for two years as ASI Secretary of External Affairs, representing ½ûÂþÌìÌà students in California State Student Association advocacy efforts and leading initiatives focused on student engagement and public policy.  

Alejandra is a Political Science student at ½ûÂþÌìÌà and is expected to graduate in 2027. As a first-generation college student, she is passionate about leadership, civic engagement, and creating opportunities that support student success and belonging.
