Night Shots

I thoroughly enjoyed this last roll of 3200 (35mm) I photographed around P-town with..

I wanted some "bars at night" and I've had my eye on one, in particular.
BARLOW - their lights beckon from Park Ave & Salmon downtown.
I also discovered a lovely surprise mural inside, by the back and it's accompanied chandelier...
You'll notice another favorite from this 3200 roll of film from my blog's last post - in front of Jake's famous crawfish neon sign... And I caught a late night business meeting..
And then some inside the great, old Marathon bar on West Burnside...And FANTASY now across from it -- Old Portland icons..
“I like bars just after they open for the evening. When the air inside is still cool and clean and everything is shiny and the barkeep is giving himself that last look in the mirror to see if his tie is straight and his hair is smooth. I like the neat bottles on the bar back and the lovely shining glasses and the anticipation. I like to watch the man mix the first one of the evening and put it down on a crisp mat and put the little folded napkin beside it. I like to taste it slowly. The first quiet drink of the evening in a quiet bar—that's wonderful.”
― Raymond Chandler, The Long Goodbye
Until the next roll gets developed ---

"Black and white are the colors of photography. To me they symbolize the alternatives of hope and despair to which mankind is forever subjected." -Robert Frank

The shot is so difficult field and you have to work in real environment. The people who are working in this field know this field so well and this environment. The whole article is adjusted according to the night shot club and it is looking so fantastic.

The shoots in night are also a new way to get the attention by the others. In the night mare photos can take much new motivation which we had never thought and some dark color in the darkness.
