This is my first good shot from medium format negatives! The camera I used was a Yashica-D. I wanted, originally, to catch people jumping in the fountain...this is downtown Portland, OR at the Waterfront...but people were not JUMPING in the water. Because of this, I turned toward the Hawthorne Bridge and caught a couple of good ones. The negative is 6x6 and the lens on the enlarger must be changed as well as the negative's holder, which also lies within the enlarger, to hold the larger negative of medium format film. It takes more time to get set up...but the photos seem more crystal-clear -and- you can zoom in and enlarge these negatives to quite a large photo (example: 16 x 20 inches) without losing any quality to the photo! This is a great camera for "street photography" to boot.
